Projects
Detailed project reports for three phased initiatives at Hirapur, Taluka Chandwad — prepared with our chartered accountants and open to CSR partners, foundations and philanthropists.
A self-sustaining education and community-development ecosystem in rural Chandwad. By placing schools, colleges and skill centres alongside primary healthcare and livelihood programmes, the project aims to stop youth migration, raise local incomes and bridge the rural-urban gap.
Smart classrooms, computer labs, science laboratories and a central library for rural children.
Undergraduate programmes that improve prospects in banking, civil services and the corporate sector.
Hands-on training in electrical, mechanical, fitter, CNC operation and farm-machinery repair trades.
D.Pharm, B.Pharm and nursing programmes to address the shortage of healthcare staff in rural areas.
Precision and organic farming, soil health, drip irrigation and agri-business management.
Athletics track, kabaddi arena, wrestling ring and cricket ground to nurture local sporting talent.
Outpatient care, maternal-child health clinics, a diagnostic blood lab and mobile health camps across villages.
Tailoring and food-processing centres, SHG formation and micro-loan linkage.
10,000+ saplings, rainwater-harvesting check-dams and village sanitation drives.

Public investment in healthcare has not kept pace with rural demand, and the gap between need and access keeps widening. Our proposed 200-bed super speciality hospital at Hirapur, Taluka Chandwad, will offer modern diagnosis and treatment at roughly one-fourth of typical urban cost — and free treatment for the poor.
Planned specialities include cancer care, cardiology and angioplasty, neurosurgery, nephrology, gastroenterology, maternity and child health, tuberculosis and diabetes care. The hospital will also offer Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Unani, yoga and meditation, run outreach camps and home-care programmes, and seek DNB recognition to train specialist doctors, nurses and paramedics.
Capacity
200 beds incl. ICU/CCU, isolation and paediatric beds
Charitable care
20% of capacity free for the needy, rising to 50% within 7 years
Integrated medicine
Allopathy with AYUSH, yoga and meditation wings
Training
Nursing, paramedical and DNB specialist education
